4. Media: If you upload images to our website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

a. Affiliated Service Providers: Rogitex may share your information with our affiliated service providers with whom we are affiliated, so as to better serve you. Data Controller for the Facebook Fan Page

Rogitex is the data controller of your personal data collected while using the Service. As operator of the Facebook Fan Pages and, Rogitex and the operator of the social network Facebook are joint controllers.

Rogitex has entered into agreements with Facebook that define the terms for use of the Facebook Fan Page, among other things. These terms are mostly based on the Facebook Terms of Service:

Facebook Insights

We use the Facebook Insights function in connection with the operation of the Facebook Fan Page and on the basis of the GDPR in order to obtain anonymized statistical data about Our users.

For this purpose, Facebook places a cookie on the device of the user visiting Our Facebook Fan Page. Each cookie contains a unique identifier code and remains active for a period of two years, except when it is deleted before the end of this period.

8. Cookies

a. If you leave a comment on our site, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

b. If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

c. When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. 10. How long we retain your data: If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Should you wish to delete all of your online account information from our database, please advise us via e-mail and we shall diligently remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses and payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.
