This increases the plant's overall health and its capacity to access nutrients while reducing the susceptibility to pest damage, eliminating the need for harmful fertilizers and pesticides.
How do I control the weeds in GardenSoxx®?
How do I control the weeds in GardenSoxx®?
The presence of weeds is drastically diminished when growing in GardenSoxx®®. Using organic soil or quality compost will ensure that weed seeds are not present in the growing medium. We suggest cutting your mesh between 2' 1/2'' to 4'' sections. Any longer would make it harder to fill and move around to setup your
garden.
How much do I have to water my GardenSoxx?
How much do I have to water my GardenSoxx?
We recommend using a drip irrigation system. Our drip irrigation bundles offers the highest water efficiency, which allows you to water less. Our drip bundles come with all the fittings needed to quickly install the irrigation in your GardenSoxx® Garden. Watering is very easy and efficient with GardenSoxx®.
Simply attach your irrigation to your water exit and water 4x a day for a duration
of 5 min per watering for the 8'' and 10 min per watering for the 12'' Depending on your area and climate, whether it is extremely dry or humid, you may want to adjust your watering times for a little more or a little less time. Keep in mind that you don’t want water to be draining out of the Soxx. If it is, reduce your watering time.
You may also wish to purchase a timer at your local hardware store to make watering even easier!
